Shipping Policy
Every Devikar Styles piece is made to order just for you. Nothing sits on a shelf. Your item is printed after you place your order, and then it ships straight to you.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Shipping rates
- Contiguous United States: $7.95 flat rate
- Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico: $13.99 flat rate
Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing and delivery times
- Production: Orders are usually printed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days.
- Delivery: After your order ships, delivery time depends on the carrier and your location.
- Holiday season: From mid-November through December, please allow 3 to 5 extra business days for production.
Business days are Monday through Friday, not including US federal holidays. All times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, holidays or supply shortages can occasionally slow things down.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for tracking to update. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days of your order, email us at devikarstyles@gmail.com.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Because each item is made to order, we cannot change an address once production has started. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at the customer's expense. Returned packages are held for 30 days only.
Lost or stolen packages
If your tracking shows your package was lost in transit, contact us and we will work with our production partner to send a replacement. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered to the address provided, but we will always help you file a claim with the carrier.
Multiple items
Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages.
