Welcome to Devikar Styles Apparel. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of devikarstylesapparel.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our store

The Site is operated by Devikar Styles Apparel and hosted on Shopify. You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.

2. Products and made-to-order items

All products are printed to order. We do our best to show colors and print placement accurately, but colors may vary slightly between screens and garments. Mockup images are for illustration, and small variations in print placement and size are normal for made-to-order apparel.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing errors or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, you will receive a full refund.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

5. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, logos, text and images on the Site belong to Devikar Styles Apparel and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or use our designs without written permission. Buying a product does not give you any rights to its design.

6. Use of the Site

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, or to submit false information.

7. Disclaimer

The Site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties beyond those stated in our policies.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Devikar Styles Apparel is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product involved.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version on this page. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
